Outreach Ministry – DO OUR PART
“The Lord said, ‘I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt. I have heard them crying out because of their slave drivers, and I am concerned about their suffering. So I have come down to rescue them... to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey…’
— Exodus 3:7-8
At Redeemers House of Worship, our Outreach Ministry is committed to DOING OUR PART. We believe “The House” is called to be the hands and feet of Jesus — caring for the sick, elderly, and disabled; feeding the hungry; sheltering the homeless; and empowering the imprisoned and disenfranchised.
We serve through:
- Sharing the Word and prayer
- Church and community partnerships0
- Street outreach
- Food and clothing drives
- Visitation
- Resource and information distribution
In response, we believe those we serve will be transformed and empowered to pour into others — in Jesus’ Name.
Every Tuesday, our outreach team meets with the homeless to serve them with love, compassion, and practical support.
“The House” is an extension of Jesus’ hands, reaching the sick, elderly, abused, hungry, poor, disabled, imprisoned, and homeless throughout the Metro-East, across the country, and around the world.
If you believe God has heard the cry of the suffering and placed a desire to serve on your heart — we invite you to join us.
